Matthew Leutwyler
Matthew Leutwyler was born in San Francisco where he studied film at the San Francisco Art Institute. He is a managing partner of the Los Angeles based motion picture production company Ambush Entertainment. The company has found success producing a variety of pictures including the Academy Award nominated The Squid and The Whale, The cult horror-comedy Dead & Breakfast and the HBO comedy The Oh In Ohio. Its current slate includes Wonderful World starring Matthew Broderick and Sanaa Lathan; Against The Current with Joseph Fiennes and Mary Tyler Moore;  and Lower Learning with Jason Biggs and Eva Longoria. Outside of his career as a filmmaker, Leutwyler has worked as a mentor with the Los Angeles based non-profit The Fulfillment Fund and as an industry professional volunteer working with East L.A. teens for the Youth Employment Internship Program (YEIP).

Frani ‘Nichols’ Peyton
Frani ‘Nichols’ Peyton is a recent California State University Monterey Bay graduate.  She graduated cum laude in her overall studies and received Distinction in the Major in the Integrated Studies Special Major Program.  During her bachelor studies she combined Global Studies, Human Communication and Collaborative Health and Human Services to design a senior project in Eco-Economic Education.  She has completed Nonprofit Financial Management Classes, Nonprofit Systems Management classes and Collaborative Leadership classes; she has also worked in the nonprofit sector of after school programs for two years with Monterey Peninsula Unified School District’s Under the Big Top and is currently working in the After-School All-Star, Los Angeles administrative office.

Joan Mehew
Joan Mehew is a director at Dolphin Research Center, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the education and welfare of marine mammals, located in Grassy Key, Florida. Joan oversees the administrative, developmental, and operational aspects of programs designed for children and adults with special needs. Using multiple complementary avenues, Joan develops therapeutic, recreational, and educational programs for diverse populations. Some include Vietnam veterans diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder, children from the Deaf community, and autistic children. Her programs have received special awards for service: The Monroe County Board of Commissioners and The Florida Keys Council for People with Disabilities. Joan served on the board of directors for the SFSU Mission HS Health Center, providing healthcare services for underserved families and at-risk youth. Joan received a B.S. from Oklahoma University, and an M.S. from Post College.

Sabina Trumble
Sabina is currently an adjunct Anthropology professor at both Hartnell Community College in Salinas, California and Cabrillo Community College in Aptos, California. She holds both a Masters and Bachelors of Arts (cum laude) degree in Anthropology, and is currently pursuing a doctorate at Monterey College of Law. Sabina has over three years experience directing an afterschool program in which she is responsible for creating and implementing programs designed to help students achieve grade level standards or higher. Sabina has given presentations on the subject of White Supremacy, Skinheads, and subculture analysis to both the FBI San Francisco Division, Oakland RA (Domestic Terrorism Unit), the South Western Anthropological Association, and yearly at California State University, Sacramento. Sabina is currently reworking her thesis into a book designed for law enforcement training and university classes. Further, Sabina is currently writing a gang textbook in collaboration with Professor Jim Hernandez of CSU Sacramento.

Caitlin Dahl
Hailing from Toronto Canada, Caitlin is an award-winning filmmaker and music video director. She attended Ryerson University, majoring in film studies and shortly after moved to Los Angeles, California where she has been working professionally as an editor in the film business.

In the past year she has also worked for the Los Angeles based non-profit The Fulfillment Fund. She was also an instructor for the film production program working with at risk youths for the Youth Employment Internship Program (YEIP).
